1. Who operates this project

SMM AI Marketing is an independent project, not presented as a separately registered company. It provides AI-assisted social media content workflow tools for account owners and authorized managers. For privacy requests contact m.soubhi.koniali@gmail.com.

2. Information we may process

• Account and Page identifiers, usernames, names and connection status supplied through platform authorization.
• Access tokens and related permission information needed to operate authorized connections, where applicable.
• Content provided or approved for creation, scheduling and publishing, including images, videos, captions, planned times and approval decisions.
• Post IDs, publication status, operational logs and engagement or performance metrics made available by the connected platform.
• Contact details and messages you choose to provide when requesting support or data deletion.

The exact categories depend on the features enabled and permissions you grant. We do not request your social-platform password as part of the API connection.

3. How and why data is used

To connect authorized accounts, prepare content, obtain approvals, schedule and publish posts, prevent duplicate publication, report workflow errors, evaluate permitted engagement metrics, protect access and address support requests. We process data on the basis of your authorization or other applicable legal grounds where required.

4. AI and service providers

If optional AI generation or editing is enabled, materials submitted for that task (such as prompts, captions or authorized media) may be processed by the configured AI provider. Hosting, media storage, messaging and the connected social platforms may also process relevant data needed for their respective functions. Actual vendors and settings may vary by deployment. Review connected-service terms before enabling a feature.

5. Sharing

Authorized content and metadata may be transmitted to the connected social platform for publishing or permitted analytics, and to technical providers used to deliver requested features. This project is not designed to sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated advertising.

6. Retention and security

Operational records, content, connection credentials and logs may be retained while reasonably needed for the authorized workflow, security, troubleshooting or applicable record-keeping requirements. Access should be limited to authorized operators and credentials protected. When data is no longer required, or valid deletion is requested, it will be removed as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to applicable obligations. Published content hosted by a social platform may need to be removed separately from that platform.

7. Your controls and requests

You can revoke platform permissions through the relevant social account settings. To ask for access, correction, disconnection or deletion, email m.soubhi.koniali@gmail.com with the subject “SMM AI Privacy Request”; provide your connected account name or Page ID and the request type. Never email a password or access token. See Data Deletion Instructions.

8. International processing and updates

Depending on the enabled services and provider locations, data may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable requirements. We may update this policy when the actual service changes; the effective date above will be revised.
