How to disconnect and request deletion

Requests are available to anyone whose information is processed by SMM AI Marketing.

1. Revoke platform access: In the relevant Facebook or Instagram account's Business Integrations or connected-app settings, remove SMM AI Publisher if connected. This stops future access but may not erase previously stored local records.
2. Request deletion: Send an email to m.soubhi.koniali@gmail.com with subject “SMM AI Data Deletion Request”.
3. Include the connected account or Page name/ID, a contact address and a description of what you want deleted. Do not include passwords or access tokens.
4. We may ask for limited verification that you own or administer the affected account before acting. After verification, we will remove data we control as soon as reasonably practicable, unless retention is required by law or a legitimate applicable obligation. We will respond to confirm completion or explain any permitted exception.

Published posts or copies retained by Facebook, Instagram or other independent platforms must also be managed through those platforms' own account controls.
